Invisible Interdiction was invited to display the LR-MUDS model at the Air Force Pitch Day event held at Kostas Research Institute (KRI) in Burlington, MA last week. The Air Force has a joint venture with KRI to develop and test evolving Counter-UAS (C-UAS) technologies https://www.northeastern.edu/kostas/. The LR-MUDS is part of a Phase III SBIR to develop and deliver the world’s smallest WIFI and GPS C-UAS jammer to the Air Force to defeat nuisance commercial drones. LR-MUDS is designed to be highly directional, very low power with a short effective range to minimize or eliminate interference with friendly WIFI and GPS signals. Invisible Interdiction will be delivering working prototypes to the Air Force for test and evaluation in the coming weeks.
